Dr. Agarwal is a full-spectrum Family Physician who studied at Duke University and completed medical school at The University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas.  He completed rigorous, full-spectrum Family Medicine training at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, TX.  Dr. Agarwal approaches medicine with a holistic and comprehensive view with the philosophy that continuity with your personal physician results in favorable outcomes.

He completed additional training in the Advanced Rural-Global Medicine and Surgery (ARMS) program at John Peter Smith with the goal of serving in under-resourced parts of the world where help is needed.  The ARMS training allows him to offer a broader range of services to his patients including delivering babies ("OB"), EGD, colonoscopy, vasectomy, hernia repair, amd various major and minor surgeries.

Dr. Agarwal actively practices and teaches comprehensive Family Medicine and bases his home practice out of rural Mineral Wells, Texas. He has been awarded the title of F.A.A.F.P. or "Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians."  This is a professional designation awarded to family physicians who have completed advanced training and demonstrated excellence in the field of family medicine. 

 Dr. Agarwal and his colleages and family enjoy spending time in various low-resourced rural and global locations to teach and serve.
